If you are moving, redecorating, downsizing or just plain tired of your current look then Trading Places is the ideal way to sell home furnishings without the inconvenience of phone calls, no-show appointments, yard sales or strangers in your home.

Our conveniently located showroom Trading Places offers a 4,000 square foot showroom of upscale consignment furniture and home décor items.

How we work...

1. We sell your fine furnishings on consignment. You receive 50% of the sale price.

2. One of our representatives previews your items and we agree upon a sale price. Come in to our showroom, email or bring us a photo or we will come to you.  An on-site visit fee applies.

3. Upon acceptance, your furniture is placed in our showroom and featured on our website. Our marketing efforts work for you and provide a faster sale without the hassle.

4. Consigned items remain your property until sold. You may take them back at any time, but handling fees apply if your consigned items are removed before the first price reduction.

5. It is the responsibility of buyers or sellers to arrange delivery. We would be pleased to recommend a reliable delivery service.

6. After 60 days, items are reduced by 15% and subsequently 10% every 30 days until sold.
